  • I am now totally agreeing with many of the previous reviews. I got my estimate in March & wasn't scheduled until June. I planned my summer company around the schedule of the pool. Kelly came late the Mon they were to start. He started draining the pool. A crew came Wed to chip out old plaster, came Fri to remove the old plaster. My family came Saturday but they didn't return until the following Fri to plaster. Therefore I got a hotel so my grandkids could have a pool a couple of days. The plasterers Broke off a tile. Kelly never came to check on plasterers & didn't give any instructions about the refilling of the pool. Luckily I have an awesome pool guy who came and filled the spa and told me that I needed to brush down the pool every day for at least a week. A month later Kelly called and said the plasterers wonder where is the other half of the money. He seemed very intelligent and like he knew his business but I think I may have been fooled by a good salesman. So another month later they came to replace the tile and put in a handrail. That is when Kelly finally returned only to pick up the check. I would hesitate to recommend them.
