  • Well, to start I don't like the Scottsdale BR location because it's a concept store that's shaped like a runway with your shopping done on either side of you. Bad move Scottsdale. This location is a traditional store that's clean and always has apparel in stock. However, the customer service is just okay. Everyone seems nice enough but sometimes we are ignored in the dressing room and have to wait longer than usual to try on clothes. And every times I ask an associate about a coupon or sale going on I get five different answers. I buy stuff when it's on sale and would never pay full price here.
