  • This location is sadly poor as to appointments, check in process and waiting time. Chaotic and poor organization. As I sat for over 2 hours waiting for a fasting routine blood draw from 11am to past 1pm now, many many patients came in at their scheduled appointment times to be told "you have no appointment", "must be a computer glitch", "maybe you made your appt at different quest location" (but unwilling to check their system for where that location might be). We were told an hour wait as walk ins when we arrived, but after that everyone entering was told 2 hours then over 2 hours. And when I ask how much longer after waiting 2 hours I'm told "I'm busy checking paper work. I don't have time. If you've waited 2 hours it should be soon. ". Define SOON. There are many more issues at this location but I'm so disgusted I can't go on
