  • Do NOT (!) order a sandwich, you will be treated like an alien and given an inedible and unappetizing experience. Went in today eager for sandwich. Despite having grocery supplies, they "only have hamburger rolls" and.... ordering cheese seemed to be a major problem for the gal who couldn't wait to get me out. I should have taken a pic of the sandwich. She threw it together so carelessly and slammed it on the counter, the cheese, lettuce and mustard was falling out! She could not have been more rude and being a NY'er, I know rude. I also know what a good sandwich tastes like. One (1) slice of cheese and one slice of old tomato, are you kidding me? The "bun" was tasteless and overall sandwich was terrible. In fact, I received similar attitude when I came in here last time and spent $120 on ribeyes ($16/lb)! I am done with Knoche. The meat is really not that special given the high prices. And like another reviewer; where is the "local" provider? If you seek dispassionate, careless and crude customer service, this place is for you. Otherwise go to Metcalfs or somewhere with Boars Head meats. Check my other reviews - I rarely give 2 stars and rarely speak so negatively.
