  • There was a particularly rude bunch today. I normally come in here only for hair extensions and some lady with straight blondish hair kept following me and copping and attitude. I finally put everything down and left. The people here are rude. If you don't like helping people, get out of customer service!!! It's that simple. if you can't hire decent customer service then don't wonder why you lose business. It's that simple. Needless to say, I won't becoming back here anymore. Will stick to Nicole's where the people are a lot more professional.
