No stars! Absolutely rude rude people!!! I went into the agency to buy my tickets after 3 failed attempts on their website. My card kept getting declined!!! So I tried my husband's....same problem. I asked the girl for the bus tickets on WEDNESDAY the 14th...I even specified the date....I told her the latest run on WWEDNESDAY THE 14TH!!! She asked me to initial the tickets to make sure the names of all my kids(4) and mine were correct. So I did. And I left the station.
I arrive 20 mins early on the 14th. I waited patiently in line for 20 mins because they only have one cashier and rude ass people just cutting in line. All I wanted was to verify the bus number and time had not changed. And then....the cashier told me the tickets had expired the day before...wtf!!! I guess I got tickets printed put for TUESDAY THE 13TH not the 14th like I specified. I think I almost lost it!!! I asked her what I could do and her freaking response was nothing, to buy new tickets!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! She said it was my fault because I had initialed the tickets staying that was the correct time and date. I tried to explain but they don't give a rat's ass about you or how you could be potentially stranded with your kids. All they care about is their agenda, not customer service, but what they can short change you with.
Oh and she didn't want to validate my 13 and 15 yr olds student discount because they didn't have a school is with them, even though we had gotten it before but we're left on the bus before but when we complained...they were no where to be found.
This company is crappy at customer service and they don't care because they know it's some people's only way of traveling...smh!
