  • I had the worst experience this past weekend. The maid went through our stuff and took one of our belongings. We reported the incident and all they could do was take $40 off my hotel stay, are you kidding me?!! Our privacy was invaded!!. We also had to wait 10minutes for the elevator each time, like if they only had one working. To top it off there is no free WIFI so I had to pay to get wifi.
