  • I made an appointment for 6:30 PM. I had talked with one of the mechanics on the phone about getting my car checked for an active recall. He said they would check it out when I got there. I came into the desk where the man said that there was no active recall and that they would not be checking my car for that. Really? I went ahead and got an oil change anyway. Big mistake. How can it take two hours to get an oil change? At this place it is apparently very possible. While the service people were very pleasant, the price was definitely not ($40)-I will not be returning.
