  • Went in with a friend just to look at hiking boots and each left with a pair and a membership. The customer service is top notch. Jason spent so much time with us and was so knowledgeable. We were also approached by 2 other employees to see if we needed help during our visit. The prices aren't cheap but neither are the products. You get what you pay for.
