  • Poor service, overpriced. We went to this theater a few years ago when it was new and loved it. It's age is showing with squeaky swishy seats, plastic to-go cups in place of the glass tumblers from our last visit, and a lack luster staff. Our server dumped our side of guacamole in my lap. He brought more guac, but no napkins! I had to ask. Missed past of the movie cleaning my clothes and when I returned to my seat the mess was still there. I used the napkins to line my seat so I could finish the movie. The server avoided us the rest of the movie, bringing refills to our neighbors. I get that you're embarrassed, but really? Full bill came at the end too - $50 for two appetizers and soft drinks, no refills mind you. Told the front desk gals on the way out so they could properly clean the chair. Their reply was "ok, thanks". Much better service and concern at Harkins. That's where we'll go next time...
