  • Horrible! So my husband and I came in looking for a 2 bedroom. The girl who helped us out was decent but the other blonde older lady at the office was very rude. She was giving other people there a whole lot of attitude. One of whom actually lives there. We immediately felt unwelcomed. We ignored that situation and decided to still take the tour. Once we got to the apartment it smelled horrible, as if somebody had been smoking inside the apartment all night long. The apartment was nice but we wanted to view the apartment with bamboo flooring. Once we got back to the office I asked if she knew which of the available apartments had the bamboo flooring and the answer was," We don't know." How do you not know what kind of apartments are available? Thank god we found an amazing over the top apartment at Domain Apartments. This place really needs to improve staff and they really need to invest into the apartments. I don't think they did enough renovating. Over priced for what they have to offer.
