  • If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate writing poor reviews but I couldn't let this one slide.... I moved to Las Vegas mid-November last year. My AC went out a few months ago and with the weather heating up I needed to get my AC looked at. My 2009 Honda Civic had an airbag recall so that's the original reason I made an appt with Honda West. I figured I would ask them to look at the AC while my car was there since it was going to be about a half of a day anyway. They quoted me almost $1500 which I declined. Long story short, I went back to my hometown in Northern California and got a second opinion from my local auto mechanic who fixed it for UNDER $68! Wow! Way to try and take advantage of people when the heat hits LV. Super disappointed in the overall experience even though the gentleman who helped me was very kind.
