  • Buyer Beware!!!!!!!! If I could give no stars, I would. I'm also filing a complaint with the state attorney general and BBB. I'm a loyal Toyota customer, but I won't do business with this dealer ever again. The inept finance guy, Kenny (what an as^hat), and his stooge friend Glenn tried to sell us a warranty we didn't need, then screwed up my purchase paperwork royally - getting the purchase price wrong! They even got my credit union banker's personal account frozen. The finance guy was calling me after 10pm at night and I have little kids!! I had to pay two car payments and they refused to pay off my trade in until I came up with another $2,000 on the purchase. When I went in to the dealership to try and make it right, the nasty, dentally-challenged Danita Kaiser treated us like thieves, didn't listen or offer an apology, and basically acted as a worthless minion to the bumbling GM John Staley, who was even too chicken to come and speak with my Dad and I. They sold my trade in without paying it off! My bank is going to pursue them for fraud. I feel sorry for the poor person who tries to register the car and can't because the title isn't clear. The GM threatened repeatedly to take us to collections, when we were there trying to sort out the confusion on our own volition!! Truly UNexceptional Toyota.
