Everyone at this location was kind and professional.
I work for a corporate company and get corportate pricing on cars, flights ect (through Priceline) I booked a car (mid-size) for 3 days via Priceline and added the insurance. My total came to $103.
Once at the store, I was informed that since I was using a debit card, I would need to show other forms of ID/payment history. Luckily I could pull up my electric bill online, but I left a pay stub at home. I had to drive home, grab it then come back. I wish they would make this rule more well-known. It was pretty inconvinent and stressful.
The sales lady asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a larger car for $5 more a day. I thought I had already gotten a larger car, but whatever. Then she asked us if we wanted to pay for insurance for $20 a day. I mentioned I had already bought and paid for rental car insurance. I guess priceline offers a 3rd party insurance that is no way affiliated with Enterprise. Such bs on priceline's part.
anyways after the dang upgrade and $20/day for insurance my $103 total went to over $180. a little upsetting, but moving forward I will book directly with Enterprise rather than using priceline. please be sure to do the same.
**If you only have a debit card, you must bring ID + 2 other forms of ID (paystub, bill ect)
Despite by hassle, everyone was really friendly here. We rent a 2016 Toyota Camry and it was a great car with amazing gas mileage.
