Not a fan of the local Mercedes dealers service dept so randomly I meet this guy who gives me his card. Generally I have used services of a dealership in California because that's home and they have always treated me fabulous... Sad for SDMB they may have lost a loyal client. My panel was giving me a coolant message in this 110+ heat driving to San Diego wasn't going to be an option so I phoned Dave E. he got me in quickly and to my surprise did a B service and a repair all in one day. Never in the history of any dealership have I had such great service! Dave E. did a great job of keeping me notified by phone and had my car delivered clean and in nearly light speed. The standard of customer service received far exceeded my expectations and I'm certain a saved a bundle of cash and also a great amount of time. I pledge my patronage to Franks European! Great job guys problem solved!
