  • It's mall food, what else can I say? Pholicious is a true mom & pop shop in Concord Mills unlike all the other chains around the outlet mall. It smells delicious as you walk by so I had to try it out. Overall, the place is pretty decent. I like that they also serve various types of boba tea. My biggest complaint: I wish they had some (Thai) basil at least. It's unfair to compare against dedicated shops in OC, California.
