  • The second best donuts I've ever had. The first was in the early 70's in Missoula, Montana at a store that had a donut machine where you could eat the hot, greasy donuts as they rolled out. This place is fantastic. The blueberry cake donut was tender with a delicate crust on the outside, just perfect. My husband's blueberry fritter had that nice crunchiness on the outside, and the inverted cinnamon roll with devils food cake was amazing. I've had donuts from L.A. to Kuwait, and these are exceptional. The only thing I might change is they are heavily glazed and frosted (not as bad as Krispy Kreme), and I prefer mine light...just a personal preference. The drip coffee was so-so, but they have an expresso machine. Prices are great, it's a hole in the wall, but plenty of parking, and the woman at the counter was cheerful. Open early, too. While we were there, a steady trickle of customers came in. Everybody likes this place. Recommended.
