  • the first time i came to this place looking for a slide to replace a friend of mine's broken one, i had to explain to the guy working about three times what i was looking for. the first time he showed me the scientific glass bowls, and i told him that wasn't what i was talking about about. after explaining to him, pointing at other things in the shop and saying "like this but..." he finally showed me the thing i was looking for, kept out of sight so i couldn't have found it even if i tried (which i did). the guy was either new, high, or a combination of the both. i was not impressed.
