  • Ordered Chongqing hot soup noodles. The flavor was actually decent but the broth and everything in it was at room temperature for a dish that's supposed to be hot. I asked the waitress if she can get the cook to just microwave it. She replied, "The noodles needed to be wash with water, that's why". Do the noodles need to be dumped right into the bowl with soup that's been sitting around unheated all day too?
