  • Don't recommend them unless you want to wait almost a month to get you belonging back. I'm like most never used a moving company the offered me a quote of $1230 which went up to $1450. I only had about a studio apts worth of stuff but didn't feel like hauling a huge uhaul trailer this time. My Pick up date was January 18th 2015 delivery date January 19th delivered today February 8th 2015 (not with the 7-10 window they promised). I never got a straight answer about why the extra $220 the blankets they used where ragged and just taped everything closed with packing tape. I could have done that. No straight answer about the delay either. I know for a fact the passes were clear No Snow only Rain and the drive is only 12-14 hrs from SF to WA. I packed everything ahead of time and moved everthing to the garage to save $ and the $75 charge for stairs. The SF movers did a nice job of securing my stuff. The movers that delivered in WA in a different larger Truck, did an ok job but I had to keep telling them the things they were taking off the truck didn't belong to me. Good thing I'm honest of I could have just claimed the entire truck. Only the driver spoke english. Feel ripped off and abused. Will stick to uhaul from now on; also plan on reporting them to the BBB.
