rev:text	First let me say I get my nails done EVERY OTHER WEEK religiously!! If I could find one great person or place in Charlotte they would have a new loyal customer. Went to get gel nails like been doing for past 8 years (not here) on a Friday night. Looked bad but didn't notice til I got home (and they were closed) just how bad - see photos. Nails never got files after gel on sides chunked dry gel about to lift on basically every finger. Nails seem to be all different shapes now. Had event Saturday so came back Sunday they had no openings so offered me a 3 day fix policy so I could come back Monday or Tuesday. Came back Tuesday 10 mins late and was told I would have to wait for next available (45 mins) really 10 mins? To which Helen at the front said we'll we "gave you" an appt and "accomodated" you and you didn't show up on time...as she rolled her eyes...excuse me? GAVE AND ACCOMODATED? Seriously! finally just asked for my money back so I could get nails done elsewhere which they refused to do. They called manager who told them to let me come back AGAIN on Wednesday to fix even though outside of their "policy". Had 3 other nail techs look at my nails and literally ask "Oh wow who did these? :/" "These look like an accident" "you had matte? Oh wow didn't look like it" 3 day fix makes sense if I chipped or something but to see them screw up and then be so unhelpful is ridiculous! I had gel taken off at least so my next appointment attempt could hopefully be fast. Where I was told these would prob all lift in next day or two since they were done so poorly. Came back in at 12pm on a Wednesday and stood up front for at least 3 minutes while 4 people sat in back and watched me not getting up to help. Probably worst nail experience ever over span of 4 days!!!!
