  • Paint Night's customer service is extremely disappointing. I bought three vouchers to use for the holidays. My group was unable to attend and was hard to make our schedules work and agree on a painting until now. Now my vouchers are expired (after only a few months) and only worth face value. I could not get an extension or a refund. :( So my group said we still use them. Well, you can only use one voucher per transaction and cannot use the discount code I received in the email. Overall I am very frustrated and received no help, just polite customer service words that mean nothing. For the price, I don't think it's worth it.
