  • Went with a 5th star as absolutely nothing went wrong. I have a fair amount of experience with appliance sales and repair, and when our high end washer went out just a few days before all the "Black Friday" madness, I felt a sinking feeling...and the cost of the parts needed to repair it was way far over what was reasonable to drop on 10 year old LG Tromm's. I looked around, and called on Spencer's having never done business with them before. Spoke with John over the phone and he had what I needed and wanted. He listened to me ramble a bit about how I'd rather be doing anything in the world other than buy a washing machine- much less drop a few hundred bucks on something with very little fun factor...and then he delivered. I was so surprised at the price he gave me when I got there, I figured why not just anticipate the future and get the dryer too. I even got a better/upgraded model than I had originally intended on buying. $1300 later, I guess I have a little peace of mind for the next 10 years or so...and pricing elsewhere, I came out over $500 under what I feared I was going to have to lay out for the same LG set. Ah well...reward points...happy wife, etc. John is my guy now. Nice demeanor, lots of experience, low key, didn't try to interrupt me while I watched a few snaps of the ASU/UA game that was showing inside the store! Brownie points man. Get with John and relax. Thumbs up.
