  • First off, we have a pretty ghetto location here. On top of that half of the parking lot was closed for a "carnival" of sorts- like 3 kiddie rides and 75 carnies...so lock your car and pack your mace. The service was great, I accidentally got drunk the night before my morning appointment and overslept and they were able to get me in an hour later...always a plus. I went in for highlights and the girl (who had only been at the Institute since August) did a great job, was super friendly and the instructors were hands-on and helpful too. Downside was that it took 3 1/2 hours!! I don't need a hair appointment cutting into my Friday happy hour...but then again, I was the one that overslept. Either way, that's a long time. Would I go again? Yes, it was very affordable (I got a free facial too), and they did a good job. If we don't go how will these students ever learn??
