  • So far my experience has been only over the phone, but the owner answered and was rude and condescending, stating that she wouldn't even make an appointment to let me try on dresses because she thought I was just looking for a style that I would buy online. I have no idea where she got this impression because I very much intend to purchase a gown and the sky's the limit. I hope that she's nicer in person or she will have lost a willing, paying customer who will spread the word.
