Stayed here because of the great price and great location in Old Town Scottsdale. It is a small place but everything is very nice. The rooms are very hip and modern looking and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very very comfortable. I booked through priceline and they did not inform me about the $9 parking charge. Not a big deal at all but just a heads up for some of you. We enjoyed a breakfast there in the morning which was delicious as well.
My only suggestion/warning is that because it is so close to the nightlife in Scottsdale, it may be a little loud. It could have just been a fluke on the night I was there but I'm guessing this happens every so often. There was a room of guys next to us and around 2-3am I am guessing there were coming home from the bars and got roudy. They were yelling and physically fighting a lot. This went on for about an hour. It was a Saturday night and I wasn't getting up early on a Sunday so to be honest this didn't bother me that much. But this may not be the best weekend spot if you're looking for a quiet place to stay.
