  • Contacted them via their website on Thursday, 29 July, in the afternoon, and immediately received two e-mails, the second saying they would contact me 'shortly.' It's now late Saturday night, and I still have heard nothing from this '24/7' service. Any company that is so cavalier about customer service is not worth doing business with.
