Painful. The food was pretty good, but for the price, I would've expected better food and at least a semblance of meaningful service. Truth-be-told, the entire Omni Montelucia resort seems to be in a fog of lousy service and about a 25-minute time delay. The only reason why you'd eat here is because you're too drunk leave the property and too intoxicated to care about: 1) time, 2) money, 3) indifference from staff. The only bright spot was the busser from somewhere in Eastern Europe who couldn't speak much English but she was delighted to fill our waters -- maybe no one else showed up to work that day. (Which is entirely plausible since it appeared that our server was also the bartender and clearly had too much on his hands to deal with us.) As I write this, I realize that this lousy experience can only be chalked-up to one thing: mismanagement. Don't reward mismanagement, go someplace else.
