I generally get the service advisor Chance to help me and he is really growing in this position. He was quiet and basically non-existent when I first started going to this Chapman, but I can see how 20 months has matured him. I enjoy going to him and he is easy to deal with.
Definitely an asset for this dealership.
On this visit, I just walked in, really drove in, and was first in line at 6:55am. But the appointment side...holy cow, 10 deep!
