  • Please please DO NOT bring your pet here for grooming and listen to the reviews. First time we brought our dog, the groomer told us that our dog ate a bunch of his fur. He was just a puppy. Why wouldn't you try to stop the puppy as a groomer? Few months later we gave this place a second chance and now our poor pup has a TERRIBLE rash on his testicles. He was so uncomfortable the first day he couldn't go to the toilet or sit properly. On top of this they cut one of of his nails too short and was bleeding! With clear nails - I am not sure how this could have happened at a professional grooming place. We asked for a refund and was told we could only get a store credit. But why would we want a store credit and GO THERE AGAIN after what happened? I am so disappointed and angry as to how they can treat a puppy or any pet like this.
