rev:text	Save your time and don't bother scheduling an appointment with this office. We had to wait months before we could be seen. My son was then examined by Dr. Maller regarding possibly having Chiari. We took him in because two family members have Chiari and we wanted to get him tested. The first thing she tried to go for was migraine headaches which I quickly shut down. She agreed to have an MRI ordered which we did in Dec 2017. Finally, we were able to see her for the follow-up Jan 31st. During our appointment, all she did was read the report from the radiologist that stated he does not have Chiari even though the images clearly show Chiari 4mm. I offered her the disk with the images and she refused and stated she would order the films from Desert Radiology and we would need to wait. It has now been 5 weeks. We have not heard any response from the Dr's office. I have called 3 times prior to today, today was my 4th call. During the past three calls, I had to leave voicemails with no callback. Today I was finally able to reach a person. I was told the doctor was out of the country and the films arrived but have not been reviewed. I was then transferred to Dr. Maller's MA, Lupe who told me she personally messaged the doctor asking for an update and advising her the films were on her desk. Lupe stated Dr. Maller read the messages yet never took the time to respond and never took the time to review the images for my son. Now, we need to find another Neurologist for my son. So, save your time and find another office where the doctors care and the office staff returns your calls.
