  • Rita altered a dress of mine a few months back and it turned out beautiful. So no complaints there. But on two separate occasions, I've gone by the store to see a closed sign on the door. However, each time I tried calling before, and got no answer. So I figured she might be busy so I'd just come by. It would be VERY helpful if she would create a voicemail message when she's not going to be there or something that lists her lunch break so I don't waste my time going to a business that is closed during normal business hours. Maybe I'm the freak person this has happened too, but after yesterday, I finally decided to just go someplace else. But, that being said, if I need more work done, I will give her a call, but won't go there if she doesn't answer. Her quality of work is five stars.
