  • I went in to purchase my first true pair of running shoes - Rebecca was so incredibly helpful and patient and kind. I was in the shop at a very busy time, and Rebecca was able to seamlessly transition between several customers. At no time did I ever feel rushed or as if she was not giving me her full attention when she was working with me. I was able to try on several pairs of shoes, after Rebecca looked at my gait pattern and asked me detailed questions about my running. She then videotaped me and showed me an analysis of my footstrike and the alignment of my joints while I was running. It was a great experience, and I learned a lot about my running form. The customer service here is incredible and the shop has a lot of great stuff to offer, from merchandise to clinics and group runs. I highly recommend them when you're thinking of purchasing anything related to running or walking!
