  • Outstanding experience from the moment I walk into the beautiful sunny office. I was greeted by the front desk staff, with big genuine smiles. Not long before I was taken back by Laura to be pre tested who explained each test thoroughly before performing it. She was only too happy to answer my questions. Then I saw Dr. Madera and before each test she explained what she was doing every single step of the way and then after the exam she wanted to make sure I saw the images of my eyes on the optomap which shows color photos of everything behind your eye. Truly an educational exerience. Off to see Felix for my glasses. He went through all the pricing with me and explained how a certain anti glare would be even more beneficial to me because I am on the computer a lot. It was a pleasure to purchase such a great pair of glasses from such a friendly staff member. I was told my glasses would be in about ten days. Well it only took four! So I'm so pleased I get to wear them sooner. If you want an excellent experience with friendly,knowledgeable staff this is the place to go.
