  • If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service is beyond horrible. "Tom" who claims to be head manager is about as intelligent as a 10 year old. We ordered a Recess Medium Blizzard (we got an Oreo) we ordered a Medium tripleberry Julius we got a strawberry banana and it was the second one WRONG a mini peppermint blizzard (Oreo). Called to tell "Tom" the issue and he said no we made it correct and I was "watching". Well I wouldn't waste your money at this Dairy Queen a simple order such as this is a difficult task and management is beyond rude.
