  • 8 years with this company. I leave my side gate locked for safety, because I have a pool in the back yard and would rather not get robbed than leave it unlocked. I have 2 big dogs that dont like strangers and attacks them if I don't lock them up. For 8 years this company has serviced my houses and would always ring the door bell to get through the gate. Today they just simply left a note that service was not done due to gate being locked. I called to see if they were going to come back and perform the service or get a credit. He responded and told me to find another company and they are far too busy to ring door bells. I knew I should have found another company when I saw one of them dumping other customers pet waste into my garbage, or the time one of them was so short and could not reach the latch and just left a note that service was done when it clearly was not. Then that one time one of them serviced my next door neighbor who BTW doesn't own a dog. This is just my experience with this company, please use this review as a guide when deciding if you want to hire this company, as for me I'm moving on. Good Luck
