I sold my husband on your service, even though he is usually a DIY kind of guy. You let him down and wasted his time, twice. Got a call from Jim, the poor guy who just works the phone and does scheduling, to re-schedule... later an apology from him as well but never a call from the owner or even the technician, Shawn, who was the one who never kept his promise to make his first mistake right. Our TV actually works WORSE now because he messed with our existing set up (seems he may have taken a connector out?) and then didnt show back up when he said he would. I am upset mainly because I told my husband how great your service would be, but now I look like a fool because it was anything but, plus he wasted several hours he could have been at work waiting at home.
