  • Go anywhere else in Anthem....ANYWHERE. 3 hours and 45 minutes later my pedicure was finished after minimum massage, very painful gouging of toe after conveying to Nina to be gentle and my manicure was a nightmare. Without going in to all details, suffice it to say Nina became belligerent with me as she insisted she was applying same gel polish as before. I personally drove to the salon to make this appointment today and specifically requested DIP as previous visit. This was to be a fun morning with my dear friend who I scheduled a pedi for. An absolute NIGHTMARE. When I used the restroom there were 2 semi-dead cockroaches in the middle of the floor. Disgusting! I would have walked out and I should have. 1 star because you have to put at least that. Pitiful customer service, dirty salon and barely English speaking employees. Horrible.
