  • I've been going here to get my tattoo faded/removed. I use their student services, and it's only $50/session for my huge ugly sternum tattoo. (I looked around for prices prior to finding out about NLI, and the cheapest I found otherwise was about $400 per session.) Shelly did the majority of my sessions, but recently the students have been working on me. I've had 9 sessions so far, and it seems to be working. A woman actually asked me if it was something I had painted on. I'll need a bunch more, and it might not all fade completely, but I'm hoping the black will at least go away. The pain is bearable, though from the way the students act when I don't cry or scream, maybe I'm a mutant. It only takes about a minute and they ice you down before and after. If I wasn't a poor college student, I'd probably get a lot of their other services. The only downside is now that I've had so many sessions and they've increased the frequency of the laser, I have to space them out every other month, instead of every month. :(
