  • was in last night 1/14/14. We were not greeted. Waited for a few minutes while one person was working the drive thru. Then an employee appears from the back room and proceeded to put liners in a few trash cans. Finally she offered to help. Ordered two fresh brewed cups of coffee. We were told it would be a few minutes as no fresh brewed coffee was ready. Offered a "pour over". She made one and asked "was there anything else?" Then a third employee appeared from the back room. 12 minutes for a cup of instant coffee.
