  • No concern for my care as a patient or treatment needed as much as for generating income for them. I called before I went and was told I could obtain an MRI referral if I needed it. Once I saw the PA, he told me he would only write an order if I was paying cash, not if I was going through insurance. Someone else called from FASTMed to tell me my insurance approved my MRI. I found out after getting MRI that they did not get it cleared with insurance. Now I have an unexpected huge bill! PA who reviewed my MRI said I needed treatment with doctor's in his network ASAP, when I said I needed insurance coverage he said that wasn't his concern.
