| - I've been here a couple years ago to get fitted for a bridesmaids dress, & from what I remember then, staff was very helpful and nice.
Came here last week to pick a dress for my sister in law's wedding, since she requested long gowns for her sisters to wear. I found a dress, loved it. Had a stain, and was told by Ashlie H. that they will clean, steam and also get the ribbon around the mid area hemmed back on.
I called to ask if my dress was ready for pick up even if my pick up day was Wednesday. I was on the phone for about 15 minutes, being transferred to 3 different people because they couldn't find my dress. They couldn't find it under my name, or my number. After looking for 15mins, one of the lady's found my dress. It didn't even have my name on it. After finding my dress the lady said that it's ready for pick up. I get there an hour later and they say it's not yet done, to come back in an hour. After an hour, I went back and picked up my dress, assuming everything was fine, I take it home. I get home, to try it on, and guess what? They didn't even hem the ribbon back on. So now I have a dress with droopy ribbon hanging around under my boobs. Great. I'm assuming because I didn't have a "pink card", there wasnt any work done to it because there was no work order put in, other than the usual clean and steam.
