rev:text	I entered into an agreement when Darrel Olsen Jewelers moved from their previous location and was quoted a $487 price. In good faith I made payments on this during a tough economy when my salary as a nurse was cut $15000 per year. I would go and make payments to Kim=no longer their employee ?? Hmmmm When I went to pick up the ring and make the final payment as per Kim, I dealt with Bonnie who had no record of of my ring or my diamond and put it back for sale ???? Really ? I have never heard of such a thing !!! I had to deal with several people and no one came clean. I was directed to Bonnie, made two visits in person and then Bonnie stated "Just disregard that' referring to the written $487 agreement and proceeded to charge me more money ???. I made (1) payment of $190 and (3) payments of $150 which was already over the $487-but no one called me from the store when this was already paid for ??? When I showed the receipts Bonnie stated she would research it. When Bonnie later called me on the phone it was (4) payments of $150, which was again over the original agreement, so needless to say- I would not recommend doing business with these people. I am truly appalled at how I was treated. Questionable business practice, inability to keep records,and not trustworthy.
