Regarding the Service Department, not Sales.
Poor quality of service experienced, after having bought a 2013 Passat TDI SEL the day before! I returned to the dealership the next day because 1 of 2 keys I've been issued was defective. They had me wait for 2 hours while they "looked into it" just to come back to tell me, "yes, this is a bad key". Extremely disappointed with the service department which unfortunately made me wish I didn't buy from this dealership in the first place. To waste my time with something as simple as letting me know something is not working when they issued me the defective key in the first place is a poor reflection of their service and really screams INCOMPETENT for a dealership that sells a high end product. Imagine, watching 6 other customers walk-in and walk-out while you're patiently waiting and in the end have nothing to show for your visit but a "we'll order a new one, it will be here in a few days, you can come pick it up". A waste of time and poor reflection of Volkswagen as a whole!
