  • We bought tile here to place in our foyer wanting to support a local business area her than going to a big box store. When we were shopping we did not have exact measurements so we asked the sales person if we could return any tile we didn't need and he told us that we could return any unopened boxes so we ordered extra. Once the job was done I went back to return the unopened boxes and the refused to take them back because they were a special order - and said we would have to call the owner to send them back. Called the owner several times and he would not take them back. In short the quality of the tile is good - although expensive - but the service is terrible. Basically unless you are a contractor who deals with this company regularly just avoid them.
