  • As a first time mom, it was really hard for me to think of leaving my 3 month old with someone - specially a stranger. I carefully read all the reviews on Nanny's & Granny's and when I talked to Sara on the phone I felt it was going to be ok. Sara got back to me extremely fast and she was able to accommodate me although it was very short notice. I expressed to her my concerns about having someone who would understand that our son must sleep on his back and she assured me it wouldn't be a problem as her staff follow all the guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We quickly went over the rate and payment method and I was all set to receive the service in a little less than two hours - and we got a call from the nanny to confirm the service and get directions. Their rate is fair, considering you'll have someone who's trustworthy and well prepared taking care of your kids and they offer a recurring service membership that will reduce the rate, which is great if you know you'll use this service more than once. The only detail is they have a minimum of 4 hours of service so you will pay for at least 4 hours. Our nanny was Angelina and we felt very comfortable with her from the get go. She is very caring; friendly and calm. It was great to have someone I had things in common with and who was so sweet and understanding of our concerns to take care of our little one. She kept me updated the whole time with what was going on and how our little one was doing, it definitely helped with my first time mom anxiety. I highly recommend this agency if you're looking for a nanny and I highly recommend Angelina, she's great with infants and parents as well! I look forward using their service again anytime I need a nanny from now on.
