  • We had a good bit of water spewing from a pipe at our basement level. It was causing the pipe to regularly make a big thud, which was quite concerning. I called a couple companies who didn't want to come down to Ahwatukee. But ASAP Plumbing answered right away. They said they could get someone to the house between 11a & 1p, but they ended up getting there about an hour early (much to my relief). The guy who came out was so polite and knowledgeable (sadly, the card he left didn't have his name, so I can't say). He figured out the problem in the basement and got it fixed. Then I remembered a problem with our freezer. He was willing to get back there and fix that. Finally, I was going to fix the outside fountain while my husband was gone, and he helped me do that, offering to replace the pvc pipe (which was bending) with copper. I accepted. I was pleasantly surprised that we got all our plumbing problems fixed (beyond the one I called them for) and that the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing!
