  • I signed my son up for services here but only had the chance to use them once, and Katie was great. They schedule the second appointment with a new therapist, but failed to tell the therapist, so when we showed up for the appointment we had no one there to greet us and after waiting for an unnecessary amount of time we left. I will no longer use their services. Normally this would be a one or a two star review, but the director reached out to me directly, took full accountability and apologized. I still will not use the service here, but at least they admitted their mistakes and did not make excuses.
