My first visit to Broadmoor ended up being very pleasant but it did not begin this way hence the three stars. Upon arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and myself and my guest were ushered by Tuan who rushed us to pick a color and when asked if he had a better color for what my guest was looking for he just handed her colors that made no sense for the request.
Tuan was set to do my full set and I am very particular in my shaping and I know exactly what I want. I clearly expressed everything I wanted before he even pulled anything out of his drawer and he claimed to understand and be in agreement. I was not pleased once he placed the tips on and began trimming, and I told him so. He became very upset and caused a scene saying that I didn't know what I wanted and that he was done. He left the chair and had someone else come do my nails. She removed the tips and added new ones, then Jimmy took over for her. I have never been traded around so often in a salon but I'm so glad I ended up with Jimmy because he took his time with the application, had casual conversation, and listened to my requests unlike Tuan, and even gave me free designs. I love my nails but I am reluctant to go back because of how unprofessional and childish Tuan behaved, but if I do return I will only make appointments with Jimmy.
