  • This review is for the service dept only. They had our van for THREE DAYS, and did zero work on it. Nothing. They called me, I'd call right back, the operator would say "Your service advisor isn't at his desk, I'll put you through to his voicemail" and I'd leave a message as instructed. He'd never return the call. When I'd call later, if I got him, he'd swear he never got a message. This happened for 3 days. The back and forth was ridiculous and my service 'advisor' knew the answer to nothing I asked him. Not prices, not times for services, nothing. He had to go get answers and call me back. I finally got a ride in and picked up my van, making an appointment to take it somewhere else. And while I stood there in the service dept waiting to get my van, multiple employees walked by me repeatedly and ignored me, not so much as an acknowledgment of my presence. Just shoddy all around.
